At Fashion in Harmony, we’re passionate about fabric. Just as we love bias cut garments, we also adore the way the right fabric choice completes the garment design. Susan, our buyer, searches through thousands of samples at large textile shows and cultivates key suppliers to unearth a treasure trove of sophisticated, fluid, quality fabric finds at affordable prices so sewers can revel in the full versatility of Julianne’s designs. 

 

We expect to broaden the selection of fabrics (including exciting coordinating groups of fabrics) we can offer you over time as Susan’s relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers of interest grow. Many of these contacts are already sharing early samples of their latest offerings with Susan and have quickly come to understand our preference for fabrics with a good hand resulting from natural fiber content coupled with superlative weave, weight, and softness. The right fabrics with the right drape factor at the right price can be elusive, but Susan continues to negotiate pricing between $8 and $30 per yard, with most fabrics offered at around $15 per yard – with no compromise on quality.
